This client acquired a plot of land in a stunning, elevated position overlooking the beautiful town of Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea. In the foothills of the southern Sierra Nevada mountains, Nerja is an historic former fishing village which over recent years has transformed into a thriving and vibrant holiday hotspot and has become the jewel of the Costa Del Sol.
Nestled in the heart of Andalusia, this beautiful family villa will be a true oasis, a haven of peace and tranquillity amidst the vibrant of all the Spanish Costas. Surrounded by lush gardens and boasting breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea.
Our brief is to assist with the design of the house using a local architect, the selection of suitable builders following an extensive bidding & tender process. We will project manage the build and handle all interior design, finishing and installation of the family into their new holiday home.
We will use cutting-edge building technologies, materials and processes to create an oasis of Mediterranean beauty.
From the moment you step inside, you will be greeted by an elegant and sophisticated space, with soaring ceilings, polished floors and an abundance of natural light. The main living area will be spacious and airy, with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and large windows that open onto the terrace, gardens and pool.
